A multilingual WordPress website that turned occasional direct bookings into a consistent booking channel.
Project Overview
Bristol Central Park Hotel is a 4-star hotel located in the center of Chisinau, Moldova. With 113 rooms across 11 floors, the hotel serves both business and leisure travelers looking for a comfortable stay close to the city’s main attractions.
The hotel’s old static website had become outdated and difficult to improve. The design, typography, colors, and copy were very basic; room pages relied mostly on short descriptions and facility lists; and it was difficult for visitors to compare room types clearly.
The multilingual setup also created practical maintenance problems, including translation inconsistencies, mixed-language content, broken images, and broken links. The old hosting configuration was outdated as well, making the website harder to maintain and improve long-term.
I redesigned and rebuilt the website as a modern multilingual WordPress website with clearer room presentation, stronger calls to action, Exely booking integration, GA4 ecommerce tracking, link monitoring, 404 logging, and a stronger direct booking flow.
The result was a website that quickly became a meaningful booking channel, with the initial investment recovered in less than four months.
