Moisburg is a small town (population ~1.900) in Lower Saxony, Germany. It was first mentioned in ~1322. The closest big city is Hamburg, which is ~45km away.
I was driving from Hamburg and stopped here for a coffee and a snack. Across the road I saw a lovely building, which I then discovered to be the local library (and city hall?).

The camera was with me so I decided to take a couple of photos. On Google Maps this town doesn’t stand out at all, it looks just like everything else that you see, but in real life it is really lovely!

4. Right behind this beautiful building is a big football field. A kids match was going on at the time.

6. No wonder Germany is good at football.

This small town reminded me about how beautiful Germany really is. Exit the autobahn and take a smaller road, it is very likely that you will find something similar in any part of Germany.
